N1SQB Member. Radio works like it should in that I can input any frequency in the specified range. However, when using the software, the radio will NOT let me enter as a memory, anything below mhz or higher than mhz.

If so, try leaving the transmit field blank assuming you're talking about programming via software It could be that you're outside of the transmit frequency range and your radio is refusing the entry.
